1.Design Support
Our professional design team participates in the entire process. Based on the creative ideas and image materials you provide, we will develop design proposals. During the proposal revision process, designers will listen to your opinions patiently until the design effect meets your expectations.
2.Material and Craft Selection
We offer a variety of high-quality plush materials (such as ultra-soft short plush, elastic ultra-plush, European mink plush, etc.), filling materials (high-elastic PP cotton, down cotton, etc.), and a rich range of craft options (embroidery, printing, etc.) for your selection. Meanwhile, we will recommend the most suitable combination of materials and crafts for you based on your needs and budget.
3.Sample Production
Before the official mass production, we will make samples for you. After the samples are completed, they will be sent to you for confirmation in a timely manner to ensure that the appearance, size, material and craft of the samples all meet the requirements.

1.Strict Raw Material Selection
All raw materials used for making plush toys are sourced from formal suppliers and undergo strict quality inspections. This ensures that the raw materials are odorless, free of formaldehyde, non-shedding and non-fading, complying with national toy safety standards (GB 6675 series standards) and relevant international safety standards (such as EN 71, ASTM F963, etc.), so as to guarantee the safety of use for both adults and children.
2.Full-process Monitoring of Production
A complete production quality management system has been established. From cutting, sewing, filling, assembly to the final finished product inspection, each production link is strictly controlled by professional quality inspectors.
3.Multiple Inspections for Finished Products
Before leaving the factory, all finished plush toys undergo multiple inspections, including appearance inspection (checking for defects, deformation, etc.), size measurement (verifying compliance with design requirements), safety performance testing (such as pull testing, small parts testing, etc., to prevent accidental ingestion or injury to children), and washing testing (checking for fading and deformation to ensure the product is washable). Only products that pass all inspections can leave the factory.

Within the product warranty period (1 year from the date of purchase), if the product has quality problems caused by non-human factors, customers can contact us. We will provide customers with corresponding discounts based on the damage condition of the product.
